Due to the scale of our project, all sales are final. Browse through our policy below to familiarize yourself before making a purchase. Any questions, do not hesitate to contact us.

Shipping

  • Orders are processed within 10–14 business days before shipment

  • This timeline reflects our small-batch, made-to-order and limited-run process

  • Once shipped, transit times vary by carrier and destination

  • You will receive tracking once your order is fulfilled

 

Important

  • If your order includes multiple items, it may ship together once all items are ready

  • Delays may occur during high-volume releases or holidays

 


 

Returns & Exchanges

  • All sales are final

  • We do not offer refunds or exchanges

 

If there’s an issue with your order:

  • Damaged, defective, or incorrect items may be eligible for store credit

  • Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery

  • Include your order number and clear photos of the issue

 


 

Lost or Stolen Packages

  • Once a package is marked delivered, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items

  • We recommend contacting the carrier directly to file a claim

  • We will assist where possible, but resolution is not guaranteed

 


 

Store Credit

  • Approved claims will be issued as store credit only

  • Store credit does not expire and can be used on any future purchase
